1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, and beverages).
- Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., undergarments, swimwear).
- Health and personal care items (e.g., opened cosmetics, skincare).
- Custom-made or personalized items.
2. Return Window
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

4. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return within 3-5 business days of receipt.
5. Refund Options
If your return is approved, you will have the following refund options:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 15 days.
- Store Credit: Opt for store credit, which can be used for future purchases on Glomart.pk.
Note: A restocking fee of 3% of the product price will apply to all returns unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
6. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for all eligible items, including both defective and non-defective products. Contact us within the return window to arrange for an exchange. Items must meet the same conditions as returns.
7. Damaged or Defective Items

Provide photos or videos of the damage to expedite the process. We will cover the return shipping costs and ensure a prompt replacement or refund.

Shipping for returns is free of charge for all methods.
9. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once the order is shipped, the return policy will apply.
